It is crucial that this information is communicated to PetsVivo to ensure proper care and attention is given to the pet.

There are several ways to notify PetsVivo team:

Claimer's name
Pet owner's name
Pet's name
Proofs: evidence indicating that the owner has passed away or is incapacitated.
Create a ticket through our support chat
