Activate Pet Guardianship Agreement and Claim Account

If there is a change in the status of the pet owner, it is important that someone who has knowledge of the situation informs PetsVivo. This person could be the pet owner (in case they are incapacitated), an attorney or trust, or someone close to the pet owner. It is crucial that this information is communicated to PetsVivo to ensure proper care and attention is given to the pet.

There are several ways to notify PetsVivo team:

Send an email ([[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#a6d5d3d6d6c9d4d2e6d6c3d2d5d0cfd0c988c5c9cb)) and provide the following information:

Claimer's name
Pet owner's name
Pet's name
Proofs: evidence indicating that the owner has passed away or is incapacitated.

Create a ticket through our support chat

Click on our support chat, start a new conversation in "Messages"
select "I'm already a user"
select "Claim Account"
create a ticket by providing detailed information and upload proofs

After receiving your request, the Petsvivo team will assess the uploaded documents within a period of 3 working days. We will then respond to you, informing you if additional steps are required or if the documents you have uploaded are sufficient for further proceedings.

After reviewing your request, the Petsvivo team will send you a confirmation email and grant view access to the assigned guardians. The assigned guardian can then access and review the current guardianship agreement. Moreover, the assigned guardian can request the transfer of Petsvivo account ownership via Support([[email protected]](/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#5c2f292c2c332e281c2c39282f2a352a33723f3331)).
