PetsVivo saves all user data to AWS Data Center in the United States. We have implemented robust security measures to safeguard you and your pets' data. Two crucial elements in this effort are Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and strong passwords. MFA requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication before granting access. This adds an extra layer of security by verifying the user's identity through something they know (password) and something they have (e.g., a mobile app-generated code).

Still, we recommend you create and maintain a strong and unique password that involves upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
